Irish Creams? Where? What? How Much?

Whilst I don't mind Baileys at all as a drink, it's in a class of it's own when served with chocolate...

How do you mix it? Like a dip and eat? a blend, a lightly grate over the top? xD

Also what chocolate

I usually mix baileys with a glass of milk, odd I know but the alcohol isn't as pronounced and the nice after taste and creaminess is still there.

I don't even taste the alcohol in it anymore xD

Make your own? Double cream plus a whiskey of your choice, though it'd be best with something smooth and sweet.
