Yes - tried a Radeon X850 XT as well. No go.
I tried 2 sticks of ram, all 4 slots, two PSU's, two different graphics card. Each time the symptoms were the same:
a) Random POST behaviour
b) Non responding USB devices anywhere but in the BIOS despite no option in BIOS to enable Legacy USB support
c) Freezing/blue screen error messages (Most referencing usbport.sys) when attempting to install Windows. Never once got further than 10% into copying files.
The first time I booted up after putting the DS3 in and Windows was succesfully installed.
Infact the only component thats remained static throughout is the CPU and thats currently working fine in the DS3.
