She woke me up , but aparently the same thing happened again within 30 minutes.
All i remember is two ghosts attacking me.
OK, everyone has dreams , but these ghosts were the " scooby doo " type ghosts ( flowing blanket and eye slits ) but they were grey, i can still see them now.
FFS i'm 39 and this hasn't happen before.![]()
What do your dreams ( the ones that wake you up ) contain ?

, this obivously made me panic, almost straight away my heart beat starting beating really fast and irregular, this is a very very horrible feeling when you cant even move a muscle in your body, I just keeped concentrating on my arm trying everything I could muster to get it to move, eventually after about 2 minutes (felt a hell of a lot longer) I manged to move my finger, as soon as I did that it kick started me into being able to move the rest of my body, I just got straight out of bed and paced up and down the room for a while trying to calm down, eventually I did.lowrider007 said:I'm quite jealous of you guys, I hardly ever have dreams (or remember them rather), couple of times over the last few months tho I've woken up but not been able to move, it's a very horrible feeling, first time, I felt a dog licking my face and it would'nt stop, I tried to move my body to pull it away but I could'nt, I could'nt shout, nothing, eventually I manged to think my way into moving, looked about my bed confused and went back to sleep, I don't own a dog by the way.
Secound time was a few weeks ago, I woke up and again I could'nt move my body, what I soon noticed was that my heart beat was beating about once every 3 secounds, this obivously made me panic, almost straight away my heart beat starting beating really fast and irregular, this is a very very horrible feeling when you cant even move a muscle in your body, I just keeped concentrating on my arm trying everything I could muster to get it to move, eventually after about 2 minutes (felt a hell of a lot longer) I manged to move my finger, as soon as I did that it kick started me into being able to move the rest of my body, I just got straight out of bed and paced up and down the room for a while trying to calm down, eventually I did.

There's nothing worse than knowing you're awake and being face down in your pillow and not being able to do anything about it.![]()
, I will never sleep face down again.Craig321 said:
), if I ever lie on my back, that is almost guaranteed to happen. I make sure I don't and luckily i'm used to sleeping on my front. Sure is horrible if it does happen, I can break out usually after about 2 mins and force myself awake again.
. The ghost with white blood it was, and this ghost was in a little village and the police chased it and killed it, and it's blood poured into the river which then turned white, then I ran into a crazy house and......anyhow....
