Is 9000+ a good score on 3D Mark 2006 for a stock system?

The ' "Ultima Extreme Crossfire" AMD Athlon 64 FX60 Dual DDR System (FS-021-OK)'

Well it wasn't there the last time i looked about a week ago :p

Beat me to it :)

Yeah I don't imagine it would have been there last week as the x1900's only came out this week... ;)

How come you can't see it?

Try Ctrl+R to refresh the page. You're damn right though, FX60 and Crossfire X1900's

Hmm tried that, and again about 20 plus times, still the same one.

EDIT: Its there near the top, thanks Emlyn i thought i was going barmy. :D

its the 3rd 1 from the top mate, ctrl+f5 will force a proper refresh

lol just seen u do an edit...

The rest of the spec is a bit week. I mean a couple of 150GB raptors only gives 147mb/s average read speed :)

Seriously though only one DVD drive - and one without DVD-Ram capability, they are only £30 each so go on Gibbo bung in a Pioneer 110 as well!

Given the choice I would go for a normal 256 GTX sli setup and spend the rest on a Dell 30". The Dell will still be cutting edge in 12 months, the x1900s won't.

Think gibbo has mentioned in another thread - tis crossfire X1900XTX's but no idea on the CPU - gotta be a dual core though, so many extra marks in 3dmark06 etc.

Like others are guessing, i think it must be a dual core FX60... Sweet system with the crossfire, wonder how SLi compares...

Hi there

Bit of FSB tweaking and some overclocking 1GB memory, 16k+ on 05 and 10k breached on 06. Damn quick system this........oh no Spie has just robbed it and taken it home with him. :D

Still wanna keep guessing at what kinda of system can push 16k on 05 and 10k in 06 when tweaked and overclocked. But all stock, no volt mods and just basic air cooling. :)

Thats right kids.....wet dreams can come true

Time for the upgrade me thinks, shall i just come n give you my car gibbo lol

Not wanting to sound like a fanboy but how can anybody think that it would have a Intel CPU in it? There is the issue about them being 'slow' in games but mostly beacaue how many crossfire boards are available for Intel CPUs?

Also for those hard of thinking this Uber machine is the third one down in the full system section.
