Is 9am on Sunday...

I always see council mowers going round public grass areas just after wet weather seems to work for them so if the grass has dew mow away. :)

I remember back when I used to live in a flat, my neighbour found it acceptable to hoover at like 7 o'clock in the morning whatever day it was.

I have noticed some neighbours mow their lawn pretty early around here like 8/9am on a Sunday where as I'm with you guys, it should be no earlier than 10/11am.

My neighbour started mowing at 8am saturday morning. Was trimming a headge at gone 10.30pm on one weeknight.

But shes a right ignorant so and so.

Too early unless......like me you have annoying neighbours who kids always wake you up on the weekend screaming and shouting, then 9am isn't early enough.

I would wait till 11am

Then decide that ;

a) The grass is too wet
b) Not as long as it looks
c) I prefer the natural look

Then go to the nearest pub :D

The earlier you do it the less polite it is. Our neighbours builder came round and started dismantling his scaffolding (and throwing it in his truck) at 7.30am on Saturday. I was just about ready to get out and throttle him when he buggered off at 8.30am :mad: Why do builders always do that? He must have woken the whole street up. :mad:
