Stores are funny, there is no legal obligation to even give you a receipt so how they think there is a legal obligation to provide one as proof of purchase is beyond me

I've had a latex topped pocket sprung Rest Assured mattress for the past 2 years, cannot fault it, most comfortable thing I have ever slept on.

No need to avoid foam, personally love it and struggle to sleep on sprung mattresses now even.

Out of those I'd go for Silentnight (I think all mattress in the house are that make at the moment).

I wouldn't necessarily rule out memory foam from this experience though as a different brand may be better, (personally I don't like foam mattresses but they are very much a matter of personal preference).
