e I have sent it off, I'd rather take a refund as the card only lasted 6 months because its a bad model. is it possible?
dont think it but just to make sure.
cheers guys

does any1 know how long it takes for an RMA?? OC said they sent it back to manufacturer on the 3/05/12. just over two weeks now.

I had a graphics card sent back to overclockers because it failed, lost £260 on the "refund". Hence the reason I never shop at overclockers anymore lol.

Seriously lol, tht bad :(, thx Cleeecooo. guess I'll give enough time before contacting them. Manufacturer is VTX3D/PowerColor.
btw shud the RMA history appear on my OC account? its empty, i asked them but they say its not always on there.

Well got an email saying its gonna be delivered tomorrow, I do hope I will receive a replacement rather a repair on the same one.

Mine was a powercolor card too, they'd stopped making it, hence why I couldn't get it repaired or replaced. Still don't see why they couldn't replace it with a comparable card of the time though, instead of fobbing me off with a refund less than the amount the few 2nd hand cards were going for, *****.

Yeh shame about that man :(, Hope this one lasts more than 6 months. otherwise im gonna switch to another brand.
