i read somewhere that the PC version of GRID by codemasters [toca people] is going to be optimised to run better on pc

is anybody else following this title as closely as i am?
looks like it could be a good racer for the pc!

I would take a guess to say its just circuit racing from the title and looking at previous Race Driver games...

enclosed racing within circuits, or at best, courses, itll be whole heartedly arcade whilst claiming to be a sim, and itll look pretty, thats about it

ive seen a few previews that are showing the work going into making the physics and car models
it could be a marmite type game like DIRT
im hoping for a pc classic but i think thats asking a lot
just need a reason to use my new wheel!!!

seems code masters have a physics engine and they are not afraid to use it

im glad to see a circuit racer with realistic crash damage

WE NEED A DEMO!

Im fed up of not having Demos for games... They wonder why people pirate games...

Im actually looking for an arcady game. Something fun to play with a 360 pad which doesnt require the tinkering of things like rFactor. Something pick up and playable, but doesnt have the poo "flat evereywhere" driving style of DIRT.

After seeing the screenshots, vids etc it does look very nice, however as stated previously, my card wont be leaving my wallet until there is a demo.
