Is anyone else looking forward to the New Year?

Should be on hol for 3 weeks in Feb. And with a bit of luck I'll have a new job and a new place to live when I get back.

But no. Not really looking forward to it as such. Too much uncertainty and anxiousness.
 
I always enjoy the new year (apart from new years eve, pah). Set a goal and stick to it, or in my case, set an area of life for improvement (last 2 years it was Degree/Driving Test, Career) so now I think 2011 will be health - maybe try and finally get to grips with those "vegetables" I hear so much about.
 
Def looking forward to it. I should hopefully of had the metal pins holding my finger together removed (bike crash), I can get back to circuit training and I've also applied to become an instructor in the Army Cadets.
 
I dont particularly look forward to New Year as it is just another day, nothing dramatic happens but for next year id like to

1. Move house
2. Settle down
3. Pass my college course
4. Watch another year of my beautiful daughter grow and develop :)
 
Hate new years eve, overhyped carp!

Resoloution wise I said cut my drinking down to at most once a week which I have do e. Feel better for it.

Next year I might aim to push my fitness, was fit and healthy at 18 before I discovered booze and birds. Might aim to get my six pack. Now that would be a challenge :D
 
Its interesting because new year is not usual a big thing for me either. however this year im going to try and settle down and focus on saving for my future, bettering my career and landing myself a lovely lady.

I don't know how many of these things I will be successful in but hey ... It doesn't hurt to aim high right?
 
mmm I dont care for resolutions if I want to do something why not start it now ?

However I am looking forward to starting my training for new job next april which will be good :)

Then the year after that im saying goodbye to the UK and moving to Belgium for few years :D
