Is brown mince OK to eat

They taste nicer when they have gone brown. Within reason.

I wondered this, before... I ate it and I am still here to post!

I will eat anything if it is in date, and I eat bread as long it is not rock hard or mouldy, I do not bother checking the date on bread.

My housemate cooked some mince that was brown and 4 days out of day.

Was fine and he's still alive.
