One of the things I treat myself to when I go to France is a plate loaded full of cheese (like main course sized!) and a bottle of wine... to myself! (Obviously more fun to share with a large group of people).

There isn't a cheese I don't like - I generally prefer soft cheeses, but there are some hard cheeses that do envoke rather good reactions!

Cheese is just brilliant.
