Is "Counter-Terrorists win" an appropriate way to end a work phonecall?

I prefer ‘mission accomplished’ and when my boss tries to give me more work but I’m already stacked ‘cannot comply, building in progress’ and when I’m about to blow up the office ‘chew on this!’ I log in in the morning with ‘unit ready’ of course.

(When I complete a moderately difficult task I do sometimes tell myself Mission Accomplished!)

"Insufficient Funds" when asking for a pay rise?
