Its fine on Be. If you are having issues with DNS you could try switching to OpenDNS's servers?

Thats a very good call, I saw this before when I was having problems but forgot about it until I saw that.

Ive just changed to OpenDNS and now surprisingly eBay works fine.

I would advise all VM users to use it, takes 10 secs to set up - http://www.opendns.com

VM was down for me all night from about 6pm onwards.

Its working today, Ebay very slow tho :eek:

I've had lots of problems with lots of websites recently, on VM. I refuse to believe that 1 in 10 websites I visit just happen to come off-line during my stay!

Yep as said it's definitely to do with VM's DNS going boom.

Used to get this all the time when they were NTL, sorted it out way back then and haven't had any problems since.

My routers DNS servers all say 0.0.0.0, and when I change & save them there's no effect (still seems to use VM's DNS). I've tried setting it up as a Static IP as opposed to DHCP but no luck there either

. Not sure if it's something to do with my VM box or what.
