Not so long ago all the questions were about which 20" monitor to get, now everyone needs a 24" it seems!

Just goes to show how quickly prices move in this game. We'll all be wondering about the 27" dell next!

Damn I had my DELL 24" Nearly three years (april 2005 £600), been thinking of moving up to something else but not sure whether to go the 30" DELL route or perhaps get something a bit more Home-Cinema orientated (i.e 40" Plasma etc).

These HD LCD/Plasma TVs that are meant to be able to run a 1920x1080 picture, does that include windows resolution and gaming too?

I have been using 2 17" panels for quite a while - handy as one can have a program on each screen and copy data across. However, a few weeks ago, my son popped his 24" monitor on my desk to use while he sorted out things as he was off the Welsh LAN. Well, he took the screen away on Wednesday to pack, so, of course I had to order a 24" OCUK Value screen. At £220 inc VAT and delivery it is an amazing screen so if you are thinking of buying look at this one first. I have no dead pixels and it looks stunning.

I would have thought 24" was now big enough but I bet we have a 30" OCUK screen in a couple of years - its how the technology goes.

oooh Andelusion, do you think we could get some pics of that? im thinking crazy thoughts about buying a 20" or two to run alongside my 24 lol

Sorry about crappy pics, I can't use cameras.

went form 19" lcd to 15"crt while i waited for my 22" widescreen, i dont plan on upgrading to a 24" or bigger for atleast 2 years as i dont believe there will be a styandard of single card solutions baring topend GTX models that can run the games at native the way i like it to look. so effectivly a 24"+ monitor will cost £300 to run before you pay for it.

depends *** gpu standard you can afford to keep, i cant afford to keep buying £300 cards so i got 19" :) never used any bigger so dont really feel the need to go bigger :)
