Is gpu dead?

Hi all.
Turned pc on yesterday and it booted up but monitor screen was blank and light flashing. Put cable into oboard gpu and all is fine. No errors on motherboard debug either.
Tried a faulty gpu that i had and the gpu debug light came on motherboard as expected. Reiinstalled windows and pc boots up but same monitor light flashing and also gpu not showing up in device manager.
Card is still under warranty but very strange. I have a spare psu i can try aswell.
Spec:
Powercolor rx580
Z270 msi gaming m5
I5 7600K
EVGA supernova G2 750w
Team group T force 16gb 3000

Had gpu 2 years and rest 3 years.

Yes and tried in another pci aswell.

Hopefully my mate will let me try his gpu in my pc or other way round and find out for definate.

yeah always good if got a spare GPU, let us know but it's not looking great...

Tried a friends gpu in my pc and works fine. Will be returning it. Thankfully still in warranty.
