Hi,
I am trying to overclock my e6600 further and my brothers (currently stock) q9550. Both Pc's have the artic freezer 7 pro on an Asus P5Q. My case is an Antec 300, his is some other Antec one that is much larger than the 300.
IBT makes his quad hit 80c per core and meakes my 3ghz e6600 hit nearly 70.
Is IBT (either version 1 or 2) a good stress test program? I read somewhere that it is to harsh on the cpu or something.
I have many been using IBT to check core temps when using a new overclock.
Thanks
