I have a Cisco here I am learning from, however I need to upgrade the IOS version and the router firmware, I have the firmware from Cisco but the IOS you need a certificate to download the file.

I was wondering if anyone could obtain the IOS 12.4.11t aka 12.4(11)t or is this against the rules?

Please let me know if it is mods and if so you can delete this thread

Thanks:)

As the IOS is the licensed part of the kit, no, you can't ask us to provide IOS images.

Out of interest, what product are you looking for an image for?

Im looking for an image for my Cisco 857 (the one im learning on as mentioned in my other thread), There is a long thread over on the BE forums where they managed to get the Cisco 857/877 working, I currently have IOS version 12.4, apparently you need 12.4t to get it working but then some people were only able to sync at 7mbps, then Cisco released a newer version which fixed this issue and people were syncing at the rates they should be getting on ADSL2+.

The combo they were using was IOS version 12.4.11t or 12.4(11)t and the firmware version 3.0.10 (I have downloaded 3.0.10 but need the IOS).
