Is it just me? (Stiff keyboard after use)

This might seem like a strange question and I'm wondering if it's just me who notices it.

When I buy a new keyboard, the buttons are very soft and nice to type with, but after a few weeks of use, the buttons become hard? Has anyone else noticed this? If so, what causes the keys to go hard?

What sort of keyboard? Cheapy? I have a G15 rev 1 and its just the same as the first say I started using it.

the buttons on my keyboard started out way too stiff but have either become easier to use or i have gotten used to it. Cant say ive ever noticed keys getting any worse.

Stop looking at erm.. dodgy sites and your problem will go away with your next 'clean' keyboard

(but seriously, it may just be cheap keyboards using cheap materials).

Hardly a cheap keyboard tbh, mine is a G15.

My brothers G15 is fine, still feels good as new.

I haven't spilt anything in it, and all of my previous keyboards have been the same. Maybe I'm just paying too much attention to small detail.
