not sure about eBay but paypal seems to have changed. I cant work out how to link paypal upto a credit card? (setting up an account for my olds). Mine takes it straight off my cc.

haha silly But ebay has changed in terms of raising costs, then again its still a small price with the amount of facilities and people you get.
