Just a fun topic, but I always feel like i'm undecided with whatever case I get, I get this and then later on decide i want something else when its too late :P

So damn picky...it's almost like a drug addiction! but I guess its normal wanting to upgrade your system specs in the same aspect of case looks and its functionality.

Some cases don't age well, they look great one week then the next week they look like crap as something new is released that makes them look 10+ years old in design.

You know what it is... its cos you cannot say oh this case is better than this case, like you can with a GPU or with a CPU etc.

Its a very subjective item, based on looks, style, personal preference etc.

Phanteks, Antec, Lian Li, Bitfenix, Raijintek and even the likes of Aerocool have some excellent cases due in 2015. It's a good time to be in the market for a new case!

Iv used 4 cases in 14 years :P what's wrong with you people! Infact my first case is still going strong now, built a rig in it for my missus check my cig for a log :) lol

I've always used cases that are quite subtle externally, ie no fancy lights or gamer features. When I have swapped its more for cooling ability or things like cable management features. The enthoo primo in sig is my fourth case in 10 years. I can see me keeping it a long time as it ticks all the right boxes for my requirements.

My first proper case that I loved was a antec p190,awesome case, quiet, nice and solid, had a door which I loved, got into the upgrade bug and have cases from £600 to £50,I still miss my p190,best case I have had due to it looking good and serving a purpose.

Have spent over £1000 on cases and it's a waste of money in my eyes, wish I stuck with the p190.

I've had my Antec P180 for the last ~9 years - I don't even remember what case I had before that - probably a horrible generic beige jobby.

I only obsess over the case when doing a new build - once it's built I don't really worry about it.
I'm currently in the obsessing phase for a new build. I think I've narrowed it down to between the Corsair Air 540 and the Phantek Enthoo Pro - which couldn't be more different cases tbh.
