Is it possible for me to put on weight?

To me the above insinuates that creatine is some kind of mass builder. Thats the sort of sentence where you expect 'creatine' to read 'dianabol' or some other steroid compound. The point is what you have said there is a bit like going

"this guy i used to know ate chicken every day :/ just looked fat though"

Which is not something you would likely post. This insinuates that, at least casually, you consider creatine to me some kind of 'muscle builder' which it is not. Dont get me wron m8 i wasnt 'slapping' you i was simply pointing out, for the benefit of the uneducated trainers in this thread, that creatine is not thought especially highly of in bodybuilding circles, and the fact that its marketed as a super-supplement just annoys hardcore trainers.

Dont take it personally :D

Fair enough :) No offense taken, I just find it hard to explain some thing's in words I guess.

He wasen't fat at all! I'm aware creatine isn't exactly anything special, by any means! I've heard it's both good and bad, but obviously these are from people who know nothing to be honest compared to people on here.

I myself wouldn't mind 'bulking' up a bit...I'm about 6ft something, and weigh just over 11 stone, the only part I don't like about myself is my 'gut', although it's far from a gut to be fair, I'm just paranoid and probably borderline anorexic or something as someone in my family was/is.

Question though, how can you make your lower arm wider? as in the area towards your hands (No idea what the technical term is) As mine are thin....but then again my triceps/biceps aren't aren't exactly anything either...So would building up the latter help the former?

Lower arm as in "wrist" ? lol well forearm training such as hand grippers (not argos womens ones) google "captains of crush" also wrist curls and general weight lifting will help no end. Sadly if your wrists are naturally very narrow you may find it hard to achieve any kind of size naturally. However once youve trained for a few years and got the experience a few careful steroid cycles would set you right.

The Forearm would be the correct terminology ;) haha

Yeah, they are generally thin naturally...Can do the whole thumb and small finger around the wrist thing.

Sadly I don't do weight training, I have thought about getting some dumbbell weights for personal use in the home, not to go mad on, just to do a few times a week.

Right I've just been on a calorie counter to work out exactly how much I am eating on a day to day basis. Anyway, I worked out what I ate yesterday and it came to 4420 calories, 190g protein, 278g carbs, 283g fat, 43g fibre, 4.6 (?) fruit and veg, and 1.5 litres of water.

The majority of this was contained within my dinner, which was 8 pork sausages on a plate of mashed potato (about 500g), and some mixed vegetables. The sausages alone made up 2500 calories, 120g protein, 52g carbs, 206g fat and 8.1g fibre. Is that right? If so I'm a bit concerned that I have overeaten, thats way too much fat isn't it for one day?!

Bear in mind that I burn about 1000 calories per day through exercise, so I was advised to be eating about 4000 calories if I want to bulk up a bit.
