Is it possible to get a shirt's cuff altered?

Unless I'm interacting with people outside my office, so called "important" people I pretty much don't bother with my appearance.

It can be done I've had a local dry cleaners send it off and it came back fine, Only cost £8

Easy job, It can be done, mother changed a few of my shirts from cufflink to buttons.

Wouldn't know it had been done, without close inspection, she stitched up top slot, then place the button over it.
Bottom was stitched up & you don't see that as it's usually underneath.

Yes, you could easily get the cuffs completely replaced with whatever style you like. Quite often these will need to be white if its a coloured shirt. It used to be commonplace to have them replaced as they would wear our or become discoloured.
