is it possible to have a multi boot system with xp pro & win 7 please?

using x2 sata hard drives. so xp on 1 and win 7 on the other drive but with options upon restart on which to load up ?

if so please can someone point me in the right direction for information on how to set this up.

thing is i have no other way, i have xp 32, so it wouldn't let me install win7 64 from desktop due to having xp pro 32< so i tried from start up way and then when it gets to chose partition it says unable to put on that disk due to disk controller might not be enabled when it is

any help pls ?

yeah went thru it but cant find a solution
