IS IT POSSIBLE TO PHYSICALLY DISBALE THE ETHERNET PORT ON A MOTHERBOARD ?

I'd would be curious as to the name of this diagnosed medial afflication.

If the internet is a means of escaping, I'd stick with it. There's worse alternatives for escaping reality. Give morrowind a try :)

I had heard about people becoming addicted to online stuff, but this was the first time I'd seen it, and she didn't look good.

Do I believe you? I can't tell. Perhaps I do. Good story either way

This thread wins I think, it's most abstract one I've seen in a while. I wish you the best of luck with taking a soldering iron to your motherboard.

Hey, to the OP, if you want more productive things to do with your time then why don't you recover my gamertag and finish fallout 3's achievements for me? Cos I sure as hell can't be arsed to do it myself. :p

Last year a lightning flash took out my router and LAN Port. I had to use a Lan Card. The thing is, tha tthe Mobo seemed to work perfectly well, and it seemed to have lost the LAN port totally in that it didnt show up in the BIOS anymore or anything?

So, its clearly possible to physically kill it of for sure... Although we all know thats a stupid thing to do when you can as has aready been suggested, to disable it in the BIOS and that wwill do the same thing, but have a look on your Motherboard for a LAN chip of some kind and try removing it?

Get ready to kill your Mobo thouh, but hey, it might also work?

Have you disabled your network port then? Was thinking you should grab a pair of pliers and rip out your pci ports also incase you have the urge to go buy an ethernet card.
