Hi I have a HD/Blueray combo drive. Is there any way to watch movies on my PC and listen to Dolby True HD etc uncompressed through my AMP ??

My Amp supports all these latest formats but I am unsure If my HTPC can send these formats

Any help is appreciated !!

AFAIK ATM none of the software players support the lossless codecs, and even then you would need an HDMI out which also supports the lossless codecs.

arcsoft total media does, and you dont need hdmi if you have a 7.1 (analogue of course) sound card. totalmedia isnt without its problems but then again...neither is powerdvd lol

however, if you want to send the bitstream to the amplifier for decoding, then nothing supports that right now. there arent any hdmi devices for the pc that are capable of passing Hd audio at this time.
