Is it possible to sync Microsoft Outlook with an Ipad?

Hey guys, i'm wondering if its possible to sync Outlook with an ipad?

Essentially, i want to be able to input contact info on the ipad (Name, email, mobile, address) and be able to upload it to Outlook when i'm done.

Right now, we use traditional pen and paper to collect data, but would prefer one of our data girls to walk around a venue with the ipad and collect data this way.

Is it at all possible, is there an app out there already?

i synced my iphone with outlook... think its all done through itunes.

if outlook is pointed at an exchange server this should just work.

So it's definitely possibble to add contacts on the ipad, and then transfer them to Outlook on my pc?

I've read about syncing the two, but we've got over 100,000 contacts, and i don't want to sync the ipad with all hte contacts, i just want to put the contacts onto Outlook, not share between the two.

Can you also add them into catergories, just like you can on Outlook?
