Is it possiblr to change win8 evaluation to genuine win8?

You mean the version which you use for 120 days(I think)? If that's the one then you cant.
The Public Preview program can be upgraded with files and settings if you are still withing the 120 day evaluation period. Though I cannot think why you would want to save anything from the Enterprise version going to the Pro unless it is things like mail settings and other crucial settings.
Remember you can backup to the cloud you system settings and reload them after the install of Win8 Pro. The enterprise version is open to the public so don't take any notice of the nonsense mentioned here. Your Passport is your E-Mail address with Microsoft.
If you are using an SSD it is better to do a clean install, which is even available on the Upgrade. Just select Custom Clean install and in 15 minutes or less you are up and running.
Though I am not a fan of Windows 8, that part of the OS they did get right..
