Is it worth changing the SSD?

I currently have the following setup;

120GB Corsair Neutron SSD - Windows OS
500GB Samsung 850 Evo SSD - Games
500GB Samsung 850 Evo SSD - Specific Software
2x 3TB WD Green HDD - Program files & Storage
320GB HDD - Random Storage

I'm thinking of making a change to the uses of the drives,

Would Moving my OS from the Corsair Neutron to an Samsung 850 Evo have any noticeable difference?

The reason I ask is because currently the misses Rig doesn't have an SSD and I was thinking of giving her mine.

Will swapping ssd's make any noticeable difference, not really. You might notice a small and I mean small improvement but it won't be like going hard drive to ssd.

Yeah, that's why I'm thinking of giving her the SSD.

Bored of waiting for her to load into maps on Guild Wars 2 haha.

I will run some tests and feed back my findings
