Is it worth upgrading my 1333mhz ddr3 ram?

Hi,
I currently have 6gb of ocz 1333mhz ddr3

is it worth me either:
buying another 6gb
or
selling this and buying quicker ram lower latency ram?

I mainly do gaming and occasionally video editing. Will it make much difference in windows and games?

The only reason to go over 6GB is if you are running out of memory now. If you are not using the memory you have, then buying more will do no good at all.
