Is it wrong of me to tease? (PC Store experience)

But now i know whats up i tend to just use bricks and mortar stores just to see things in person and cop a feel (yes im still talking about pc parts hehe). Then make purchases online.

Its that which will ultimately end retail shopping AS it exists today unfortunately, the overheads of shops and its staff will always mean internet purchases will be cheaper, and who can blame anyone for it? I shop online, and will while it stays cheaper!

I must admit i'm amazed at most peoples views in this thread, Almost every member of this forum has a better than the average Joe's knowledge with PC's in general. So whats so hard to understand about mainstream shops selling to mainstream people. As more Knowledgeable folks why do you even go into mainstream shops that sell a PC? Just seems weird to me unless your after a keyboard or something, or to point, laugh and/or be smug. All your bars are set much higher than the customers that these retailers are aiming for.

Ask a connoisseur of coffee (as a poor example), he will scoff and sneer at your choice to drink nescafe.... But its fine for you no doubt.... there is no difference. Well... except ones a drink and ones a computer

Ask a seasoned fisherman to buy his next rod at a well known high street catalogue shop and see his reaction as another example.
