Is Kwikfit ok to use for an aircon regas?

Id choose a specialist every time.

Cost me £100 but guy was ex navy who did the cooling systems on ships, and he was impressive and explained in great detail as to what he was doing an why.

My scooby being jdm needed umm r134a i think, explained how it contained a lubricant to make up for the lack of freon, plus how we weighed the bottle before during and after, as going by pressure was the wrong method, as the volume of the gas changes as it gets pumped into your system.

Means he knew exactly the amount that was going in, plus he vacuumed it checked for leaks etc.

For £100 it's great peace of mind, and works very well i might add. :)
