Is my 4670 Dead?

Yesterday I started up my computer like normal and i noticed my screen wasnt coming on, so I thought I would try the dvi instead but all i get is some blue lines? The hdmi doesnt work anymore. It only works when in safemode but I thought might be drivers but i have reinstalled the drivers?

What do you think??

Have you got another PC to test the card with, or another card to swap into the machine? I smell an RMA.

Ive got 1/2 a machine but no hdd or cpu lol. RMA? ohh returns hehe

Why would it work in safe mode if it was broken? >_>

It sounds like a software issue...
