Is my Computer Infected with a email spamming thing?

Just got the following message in my Email, Not sure if its something to be concerned about though. I've never sent an email like this to any address remotely like that.

Subject: Great Meds Sale FooR YOU !

did not reach the following recipient(s):

[email protected] on Thu, 1 Jun 2006 15:12:09 +0100
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message
was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.

What address is the email from?

If its something like support@youremailprovider then something may be sending out emails. However, if its from an address you dont know,then odds are its a scam and they're trying to get n00bs to reply.

Its from postmaster@blueyonder so thats what concerns me.

Probably a virus on someone else's machine who has your email address in their address book. It spoofed your email as the from field so you are getting the NDR

Be worth scanning your own system though, just to be sure it isn't a virus on your computer. Assuming you're clean I would probably ask around my mates and ask them if they have had a virus recently - or even if they have scanned for a virus recently.

I have both hardware and software firewall and nod32 AV. can't find anything on my system at all.
