Is my CPU borked?

Well I thought I'd try out a reseat first. Got some MX-2 paste and reseated the cooler properly. It's more stable and full load in prime 95 pushes temps to 70 or so. Less than what I showed in the OP.

When playing ROTTR though, temps are still hitting 80. The voltage is under 1.4. No crashes though. Although there was a bit of stuttering at times, but they may have been caused by something else.
