I wouldn't worry about it yet, every hard drive has little defects and flags sectors damaged or reallocated. You shouldn't be worried though, maybe do a few boots, see if the number of reallocated sectors stays the same, if it does then your all good, if it doesn't and it keeps increasing then it maybe time to invest in a new one.
Untick the "Quick scan" box in HD Tune and let it scan the entire drive properly. After it's done, check the reallocated sectors count again and compare it to the value before starting the scan. If it increases, I'd just scrub the drive and bin it.
