I bought a WD3200Jb HDD from overclockers a couple months ago and it worked fine for about a month but now i just cant get it to work at all! basically whats happening is when i turn the pc on the hdd spins up as per normally but then makes 2 clicking sounds and spins down immediatly, it keeps doing this over and over again 
at first i could retreive data from it even if only for a few seconds but now i cant access it at all 
any ideas how i can try and retrieve the data from or what what the issue could be???
would really appreciate a quick reply on this there are a few virtual servers i would like to get off of the drive asap. Also do you know how i go about returning things to overclockers as it must still be in warrenty
