is my order on its way?

Why did you even place the order in the first place if you couldn't afford the credit payments, which ultimately you were declined anyway.

If it does come they can't and won't insist on you paying for it - tho they may give you the option if you wish - they will have to make arrangements for it to be collected by a courier at their expense and at your convenience due to the mistake being on their end. However its very rare for an order to be despatched without payment being taken and I suspect the order has infact been moved to a suspended/cancelled state.

d_hcx means that the finance decision is pending, OcUK won't dispatch anything until they get confirmation from Hitachi Capital that you have the ability to pay for the goods. Give OcUK a day to catch up and the order will just change to cancelled.

The only way to be sure of the answer is to contact the shop directly and they will be able to discuss it with you whenever they are open. You can either phone, use the webnote system or the customer services subforum.

d_hcx probably stands for "Declined Hitachi Capital something".

declined hitachi capital cancelled ;)

Your order is not being processed. Normally a failed payment attempt wouldn't appear in your history but as the deposit was paid and then cancelled it does (not really be design, just how it works - will put something in to translate the status to something more meaningful).
