Hi, I'm wondering whether my PSU will be ok to crossfire or will I need to upgrade first? I know the PSU states it can do crossfire but with all the other stuff I have going on, will it be enough power?

My rig:

Corsair HX750 80+ gold

3570k @ 4.2ghz (stock voltage)
Gigabyte UD5H
8gb 1600mhz Corsair (1.35v)
Windforce 3x 7950 @ 1205/1600mhz (1244/1631mv)
120gb SSD
1TB HDD
2TB HDD
DVDRW drive
4pin temperature controlled 12cm CPU fan
4 12cm LED fans, 1 14cm fan (all on fan controller powered by molex)

If I do get crossfire, I probably won't be overclocking right away. Thanks in advance

I would say 750w would be the minimum you would want to crossfire 7950's. According to AMD you would need 700w and "The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 46 Amps or greater"

lol, slightly contradicting replies there..but thanks

according to the corsair website, mine has a "Single +12V rail design providing up to 62A"

also, I have the silver version, not gold as I put before (I have the non + one that seems to have crept onto the store!)
