is my ram the weak part of my system??

i got myself a new pc at the beginning of the year. its nothing special, athlon 2 quad and 5670 so not hugely powerful. the previous pc i had used 667mhz ddr2 so i thought that i could use that, along with some new ram, in my pc. the problem is that the ram i took from my old pc does not match the 800mhz speed of the new ram. will this majorly affect performance or decrease the stability of my mobo (asus ma4a89)?

The ram will run at the same speed as the lowest ram, should be compatible however.

cpu-z says that all of the ram is running @ 333mhz

333mhz @DDR (Double Data Rate) =666(7) your ram is ok and running at the correct speed.
