Hello

At the end of Jun beggining of July I purchased a SSD

OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive (AGT3-25SAT3-60G)

used my computer late Thursday it was fine, although I do remember my computer freezing a few times last week with the led on the case that says its reading from the HD staying lit.

I returned today to use it, and my computer isn't detecting the ssd and waits a long time on detecting SATA 4. So I tried 2 other sata ports 3 - 2 but it still hangs. I can see a green LED lit inside it where one of the mount screws go.
Oh I also tried a different power cable that is working on another drive.

Any ideas anyone? On my advent tablet now.
Thanks

Yeah not detecting in BIOS on any sata port :( never had a HD go on me though. Its only ever been in my PC. Guess my data has gone then :/thanks for the quick response.

Hyburnate yeah sorry my 4TH SATA port

Only seemed to start playing up when my drive had just a few gb left (the freezing)

I had the same problem with an ocz 60gb vertex 2 the other day.

My first ssd died and the replacement has now died. As you can imagine I don't think much to ocz ssd's.

Oh well, nevermind

I think I've just had the same problem with my windows drive. I've had an OCZ Agility 3 240GB for about a month. Suddenly the computer froze and now it can't even see the Ssd in the bios. The cursed thing is taunting me with a green led light. Not impressed.
