the address is different anyway, its http://forums.overclockers.co.uk rather than http://www.overclockers.co.uk/forums. same, yet different

Domain is the same (forums and www are just prefixes to the domain overclockers.co.uk), and no, the shop server could be down and the forums server could still be running (however both appear to be fine). So you are both wrong
