Is OCUK's own value 1080 a reference PCB with a cheap cooler?

If so, couldn't one buy this card cheap and then swap out the cooler with something like an EK kit?

Also, running it as a stock config, how does it perform? Obviously loud and hot (similar to FE?). Seems like a good value proposition.

It looks like a ref card to me. IIRC Manli make the Founders? or at least they did in the past before Nvidia called them that? It has Nvidia on the PCB, looks like a stock card to me !

I don't think so no. I don't think the cooler is the same at all, but I have a feeling it has the same stock PCB. OCUK wouldn't call it a reference otherwise.. Still, best to wait for Gibbo et al to chime in for you
