Is PowerPC hot? or cold?

I'm very sensitive to noise (perhaps because I have above average hearing) or maybe because I value peace and quiet!!

That doesn't stop me playing my 360 but it can be *very* irritating.

Also the situation is *not* blown out of proportion. *All* of my friends who have a 360 have had to return it on several occasions. One of my friends boasted that he was only on his second console since launch and then it broke a month later.. now hes on his third.

I'm on my 6th for crying out loud!!!

gotta love microsoft for shipping a badly designed console, kudos to them, me mates 360 just died on sunday, and other friend is on his fourth, im still on first PS3, one thing i always wondered, the xbox has the power brick, the wii has a smaller power brick, the PS3 has no power brick, how they manage that?

Because the brick is built-in on the PS3, just like your TV

It's not blown out of proportion if you're defending them, and you're on a second one yourself, is it?

If you'd had no issues at all then it'd be fair to go with the "out of proportion" argument, but yours went wrong too!

Saying that I'm quite happy with my PStwo / wii combo, so I'm probably irrelevant.
