Is PSN under attack? - PSN now back up 15/05

Cool - will look now then, any recommendations regards my previous query?
Quick question - is it possible to get the free PSP games even if you dont have a PSP PSN account? Just logged into my US account and noticed the PS3 games are identical to the EU offering which I already have but seems to allow me to choose PSP games.

As Im getting the Vita I guess getting the PSP games would be an idea - is this available on the other regions (including EU as Ive only downloaded 1 free PS3 game) too?

With regards to PSP titles - whats the best 4 (work best with Vita) on this list:

LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
ModNation Racers
Pursuit Force
Killzone Liberation
Everybody’s Stress Buster (Chinese/English Version)
LocoRoco™ -Midnight Carnival- (Chinese/English Version)

Also while I remember is there any point in me getting LBP PS3 even though I have the PS+ version of it - was hoping to strip the DRM limit on it, if I cant use the entitlement for PSP games on the EU PSN...

TIA

EDIT: Can people get onto the JPN PSN store? I cant and I cant read Japanese :p

EDIT: Doesnt appear that I can re-buy LBP PS3 and strip the PS+ DRM - just appears to me as a pre-purchased game that I can redownload :(

It seems I've forgotten my password, although I thought I was quite sure of what I changed it to. I've tried going online to PSN to try and change it but when I choose "Forgot Password" it takes me to a page telling me PSN is down  :(

Gonna finish infamous now i got my disc saving working with the store version.

Not mine

I found the solution to this problem, at least for european users.
You will need an usb pendrive and a computer.
Inser the pendrive on your PS3 and copy the old savegame on inFamous into it, then put your pendrive in a computer and inside the inFamous save folder there is a filed named STATE, copy that file into your desktop, next go back to your PS3 and load the PSN version of inFamous and create a new savegame.
Then copy the new savegame to the pendrive, and connect to your computer again, open the new save folder in your pendrive and put the STATE file that you copied to your desktop in this new save folder.
Final step, put your pendrive back in the PS3 and copy the save from the drive, it will ask if you want to overwrite, say yes. The information in the save file remains equal as if you were in the beginning of the game, but when you load the game it will resume where you were in the disc version, now simple save the game and voila the information, is updated.
