is real Temp more reliable than the rest?

i have just sat down and dowload real temp and cant get my head around the difference in temps compared with core temp and HW monitor, is real temp more reliable or shall i ignore and stay with other temp programs?

but im getting like 10-15 c difference to other temp progs guess i will have to read again the real temp facts and understand the difference

For the 45nm Intel CPUs, I believe people are under the impression the TjMax is 95 degrees, which is what real temp uses.

Other programs assume a TjMax of 100-105, hence the differences of 10+ degrees.
