your card will run great especially as your cpu is overclocked to a decent speed

As for XFX better than Sapphire all 58** are the same cards just with different manufacturers, im not sure what both RMA services are like

Yeah, at the moment all the 5800 and 5700 cards are reference models, they're all pretty much the same. The only difference is the warranty, packaging and software.

Not strictly true, some companies will use cheap caps that are likely to blow before long, hence the shorter warranty. Personal preference i'd say Sapphire, but either's fine. I quite like HIS too.

Thanks for the information.

I was just concerned (2 mins after purchasing :D) that I had picked the inferior make, but if there is no real difference, then its all good.

....... well, actually, I think Sapphire is inferior to XFX if purchased from OcUK - the premium warranty; if you need to use it - differentiates the two brands.

Dosent seem to be that much of a difference, so meh, i'm happy.

Damn security checks are taking aaaaaages to clear my card through, and the stock is dwindling :(

Personally speaking I've only brought Sapphire ATi Cards and XFX Nvidia cards. Always been a fan of sapphire and if I went to the red side again it would deffinatly be Sapphire for me.

I've always bought Sapphire cards and never had an issue with them...only reason I bought an XFX 4870X2 was because it was cheaper on release especially after XFX announced were they doing ATI cards...not personal preference when money came into play...
