I closed steam to restart it and when I double click on the steam icon on desktop nothing at all happens now, very weird,never had this before?

I checked my drives and for some reason I lost 5gb on my c drive, steam wasn't reacting at all, did a quick restart of my pc and now gained the 5gb I somehow lost and steam working again, very strange lol all fine now though

Anybody else having problems tonight? I can't get onto Syteam at all. Just keep getting this box.

My internet is fine as I'm here no posting this message and have just not long ago been playing both Diablo 3 and Apex without a problem.
