1) More rounded feature set.
DLNA
Instant resume
Kinect
Custom backgrounds
Virtually silent operation
2) As we both know, I am discussing exclusives, so won't be drawn into multi-platform debate.
PS4 exclusives named in this thread (so I can only assume this is the best everyone can come up with):
Uncharted - delayed as they're scared to go up against Tomb Raider.
Deep Down - Still potentially a tech demo that has a current status of "development timescale had been extended". Christ knows if and when that will be released.
Blood Borne - Considering both Demon's Souls and Dark Souls were not particularly great, and they're all wacky Jap games, I very much doubt this can be held up as a AAA title.
Planetside 2 - The original planetside was pretty underwhelming.
No man's sky - Timed exclusive, but yes, i'll give you that one as it does look interesting.
The Order - Bahahaha. Terrible and already forgotten by most.
Rime - not even sure if this is a proper game.
Hell Blade - nope, never heard of it and judging by the lack of publicity I can only assume it's a naff independent ninja gaiden clone.
Until Dawn - once again, haven't heard anything about it. Considering it's a niche horror made by a developer with zero track record, I'm going to say it'll be mediocre at best.
Ratchett and Clank - I believe this is a remake of the original, which says it all.
Shadow of the Beast - we're remaking mega drive games now?
Street Fighter 5 - Fine, it's a good fighter but who REALLY gives a crap about them nowadays, besides playing in professional tournaments?
Alienation - So it's a reskinned Dead Nation, a game that was a PSN throwaway. Brilliant.
The Witness - Timed exclusive, and an iOS game to boot. That is AAA magic there.
Everybody's Gone To Rapture - "The game will take place in a village in Shropshire during the apocalypse".... my word.
X1:
Forza 6
Crackdown 3
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Quantum Break
Halo 5
Fable Legends
Gears of War
Scalebound
and we already have: Forza, Halo MCC, Forza Horizon 2, Dead Rising, Titanfall.
Most of which are huge, world-renowned franchises, not tacky indies or crazy Jap games.
