No they shouldn't?
You seem quite naive on the subject... but quite simply "free" does not exist - we would pay for it in one way or another. If "free" postage was offered, the cost of the monitor would be £10 more expensive to cover the cost of postage... simples.
However you want to phrase it, you would be paying for it.
Personally, I would much prefer to see the best prices on items & pay a known quantity for shipping instead of hidden costs that could, potentially, be higher in total if buying multiple items.
If you can't afford £10 for postage and think £360 is a lot of money for a monitor like this, then I'm sorry to say it - but you're shopping in the wrong market.
The forum free postage criteria are set by OCUK and it's something they offer as a little bonus to spending time on the forum... they don't have to offer it & if they gave it to you, everyone would be signing up to the forum in order to place an order just to get free postage - it would turn in to a nightmare & after not very long, would likely get revoked entirely. If they're offering this under certain criteria, then thank you OCUK
