Is the rest of my PC good enough for a 3070Ti?

Yeah slap it in it will be fine you'll definitely feel the improvement and gives you a nice upgrade path to get a cpu later
 
Unfortunately I cancelled the order not realising that the retailer wont let me place a second one in the future which is just utter BS.
